I don't know about the hospital bit, but I can't disagree that he's a jackass who was lucky enough to be surrounded by enough talent to win a ring. He's all about self-promotion. Sapp is perpetually out of shape, and if it wasn't for his talent as a quote machine, he wouldn't be so revered. Truthfully, "Booger" McFarland, on his own team, is the better defensive tackle.
